Role Summary
This role is responsible for all financial accounting, close processes and reporting in relation to the Revenue function. This role will be reporting to the Senior Director, Revenue Operations.
What You Will Do
1. Responsible for month-end ledger close processes in respect of key areas of Revenue responsibility, including:
2. Key journal postings GL reconciliations Monitoring close of Bookings and ensuring all transactions are captured correctly in relevant systems Ad-hoc month end processes to ensure Revenue is complete and accurate
3. Key revenue variance analysis to provide insight
4. Responsible for managing and delivering audit requirements, including all audit requests linked to Revenue
5. Supporting controls-based audits by ensuring control procedures are up to date with relevant documented evidence
6. Responsible for contributing to key reporting, including Flash, Monthly, Statutory Accounts and other Compliance related reporting
7. Working with the FP&A team to provide inputs for Revenue forecasting where required
8. Reviewing and improving current processes to gain efficiencies and improve insight
9. Running system closure processes for key areas of responsibility
What You Will Bring
Essential
10. Qualified accountant with at least 3 years post qualification experience
11. Exposure to IFRS and, ideally USGAAP revenue accounting standards
12. Strong background in month-end close procedures including journals, analysis and reconciliations
13. Experience with Revenue systems and ERP
14. Strong MS Excel skills with PBI exposure an advantage
15. Strong analytical skills to support audit and reporting
16. Strong accounting background
17. Proven experience in month-end close procedures
18. Excellent communication skills at all level

19. PowerBI and dashboard reporting
20. Salesforce experience
21. Zuora Revenue experience
