We are seeking an SEMH Specialist to join our team in Blackpool for a Summer Term start (April 2026). This is a Temp to Perm position. You will start via a trial period through the summer term, allowing you to ensure the school is the right fit for you before transitioning onto a permanent school contract for the new academic year. You will be working with students who have Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and may have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). Key Responsibilities SEMH Support: Act as a mentor for students who find the mainstream classroom environment challenging. 1:1 Intervention: Work alongside the SENCO to deliver specific emotional and academic support outlined in EHCP documents.
