11 Health Advisor
Location: Several Locations including Ipswich / Norwich / Norfolk / Kent / East Sussex
Hours: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible shifts

We are looking for compassionate and reliable 111 Health Advisors to join our busy contact centre team. You will answer calls from the public, assess their needs using NHS Pathways, and ensure they receive safe, timely, and appropriate care.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming 111 calls in a professional and empathetic manner
Use NHS Pathways to assess patient symptoms and needs
Provide clear advice and reassurance to callers
Accurately record information on clinical systems
Identify urgent cases and escalate to a clinician when required
Work collaboratively with clinicians and other service partners
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to governance standards
Person Specification Essential:
Excellent communication and listening skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Good IT and keyboard skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and bank holidays
Experience using NHS Pathways or similar systems
Understanding of urgent and emergency care services
