Payroll Officer
Location: Lytham St Annes
Salary: up to £29,000 (dependent on experience)
Hours: 37.5 per week | Monday to Friday | 4 days on site once completed training

The successful candidate will take ownership of end-to-end payroll processing for over 1,000 colleagues, ensuring full compliance and accuracy. The role also offers the opportunity to support new system rollouts and drive forward efficiencies in payroll and HR solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Processing end-to-end payroll for 1,000+ employees
2. Ensuring accuracy and compliance in all payroll activities
3. Conducting payroll reporting and analysis (e.g. Gender Pay Gap, NLW)
4. Administering statutory calculations (sickness, maternity/paternity, etc.)
5. Managing benefits including pensions and attachments of earnings
6. Providing guidance and support on payroll queries to colleagues and stakeholders
7. Supporting the integration and rollout of new HR/payroll systems
