Job Description
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and lead a unified retail sales strategy across brands and geographies.
Channel Management: Drive performance across BTB - grocery, retail, independents, distributors, DTC and leisure/holiday parks.
Senior Account Management: Personally manage key retail partnerships and negotiations.
Market Expansion: Identify and execute new opportunities in the UK, Europe, USA and selected global markets.
Sales Organisation Leadership: Guide and support the team while remaining directly engaged in high-priority sales activity.
Cross-Functional Influence: Collaborate with product, marketing, and supply chain leaders to ensure aligned go-to-market strategies.
Board Contribution: Provide commercial insight and performance reporting to shape overall group strategy.
