Role Description
This full-time role is for the Head of Quality & Governance at Kara Healthcare. The individual will oversee quality control, auditing, and assurance processes to ensure compliance with Care Home standards. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing quality management systems, conducting quality audits, analyzing data to identify improvement areas, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role also involves providing guidance and training to staff on quality and governance best practices.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Quality Control, Quality Auditing, and Quality Assurance
* Experience as Head of Quality Management and implementing quality systems
* Excellent Analytical Skills for identifying and addressing areas for improvement
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to lead and train a team effectively
* Candidates with healthcare industry experience are preferred
* Minimum of 1 year experience as Head of Quality
