As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the maintenance and management of traffic systems and highways in a North London Borough.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting regular inspections of highways and traffic systems to identify any maintenance or repair needs
Planning and managing the implementation of maintenance and improvement programs
Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards
Collaborating with other teams, stakeholders, and contractors to coordinate project delivery
Providing technical advice and support on infrastructure-related matters
Monitoring and analyzing the performance and efficiency of traffic systems
Assisting with the investigation of traffic-related incidents
Contributing to the development and implementation of policies and strategies
Job Requirements:
Significant experience in traffic and highway maintenance
Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and industry best practices
