Care Assistant/ Care Coordinator
As a Care Assistant/ Care Coordinator, you will work within the DOMICILARY/HOME CARE TEAM assisting Clients IN Their Own homes with normal activities of daily life promoting their independence and maintaining their dignity and respect.
You will assist clients with all aspects of their everyday lives. This will include assisting with personal hygiene (including washing and using the toilet) assistance with diet and nutritional requirements as well as helping the promotion and stimulation of mental and physical activity.
Skills and experience required:
The ability to work with in a team and independently.
Previous experience in providing a quality care service for people.
A commitment to delivering quality care to vulnerable adults.
Excellent verbal, written and face to face communication skills.
Caring attitude with desire to help and support others.
Due to the nature of this post, the role is subject to an Enhanced DBS disclosure.
Driving skills as you will have to drive around clients' houses.
