Onboarding Coordinator – EMEA Belfast (Hybrid) | Approx. £25,400 PAYE
This role sits within the client's Staffing Office division.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop strong relationships with hiring managers, procurement, HR, and other stakeholders to support the onboarding of temporary staff.
Perform onboarding, maintenance, and offboarding tasks within the Non-Employee Management System (NEMS).
Maintain accurate system data throughout the non-employee lifecycle.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on non-employee management for the business area.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and documented procedures for non-employee governance.
Serve as a primary point of contact for client queries, escalating issues when needed.
Manage a high volume of queries to resolution across business units in the EMEA region.
Support continuous improvement efforts, automation initiatives, and operational excellence.
Essential Experience & Knowledge:
Minimum 2 years in an administrative or business office environment, with experience using internal systems.
Minimum 1 year of relationship management experience, demonstrating strong customer service skills.
Familiarity with the staffing industry or vendor management systems.
Proficient in MS Excel for data presentation and reporting.
Preferred Experience:
Background in financial services, onboarding, staffing, or vendor management.
Understanding of and ability to apply corporate policies.
Experience with end-to-end sourcing tools, including implementation and change management.
Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong computer literacy and adaptability to new systems.
