About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Senior Engineer to support our regional Development Team in Northeast England (Newcastle and Teesside), focusing on civil engineering for development infrastructure. You will work within a team supporting the production of designs, drawings and technical reports in support of planning applications and construction stage of projects. You will be active on several projects and client accounts, including multidisciplinary projects in energy, active travel, healthcare, education and more.

* PURE DC Data Centres (throughout Europe)
Responsibilities
* Produce designs and drawings for construction projects and associated technical reports.
* Develop masterplans, site appraisals and write reports supporting planning applications.
* Perform design calculations and construct drawings, applying Highway and Drainage design guidance.
* Use Civils 3D or PDS, InfoDrainage, Water company design codes and UK sewerage sector guidance.
* Collaborate with senior and junior staff to produce designs, drawings and reports.
* Contribute to multidisciplinary projects across UK and Europe.
Qualifications
* University degree in Civil Engineering, preferably Chartered or approaching Chartered status.
* Strong post‑graduate experience in a civil engineering environment.
* Experience producing masterplans, site appraisals, planning reports and construction drawings.
* Proficiency in highway design and drainage principles, and application of Highways England/DMRB and local authority guidance.
* Experience with Civils 3D, PDS, InfoDrainage and Water company related work.
* Familiarity with UK sewerage sector guidance, DMRB, local authority design guides.
* Strong teamwork skills and ability to work with both senior and junior staff.
