Overview
Sales Consultant role at Molton Brown in the Clarks Village, Street store. This is a part-time opportunity with two positions available: one is 6 hours per week and the other 8 hours per week.
Responsibilities
* As the face of our brand, provide excellent customer service and detailed product knowledge to our customers.
* Using a personalized selling approach, manage the customer journey from start to finish, including providing sensorial experiences through signature services such as fragrance consultations or hand and arm massages.
* Assist the team with general store tasks, including stock management, cleaning and replenishment.

* Excellent communication skills, confidence and a positive, can-do attitude.
* High level of personal grooming, a passion for luxury and commitment to our brand values.
* Ability to work well in a team, with drive to achieve store and personal KPIs and flexibility in working arrangements to suit business requirements.
