Secondary School Finance Assistant Based in Erdington, Birmingham£15ph TO START SEPTEMBER 2025Your new company A Secondary School based in North Birmingham is looking for a Finance Administrator to support the finance function for the 2 sites of their busy school. The role is a long term role, 8am - 4pm and to start in September 2025.Your new role The role will be based in a busy office and will entail raising purchase orders, goods receipting, investigating finance queries, liaising with suppliers etc. It will also include answering the phone and other data input and checking. You will be responsible for supporting a 2 sites working closely with the School Business Manager.What you'll need to succeed You will need to have proven finance admin experience in the above and be able to work quickly under your initiative. You will also have recent satisfactory references for carrying out a similar placement within the last 2 years. You will also need to have a clear DBS check.
