We are recruiting for an AreaSales Manager on behalf of a leading outdoor space creator whospecialises in the design supply installation and maintenance ofhighquality outdoor spaces and offer a wide portfolio that includeslandscaping play areas skate parks and outdoor sports equipment forsuch as housing developers commercial developers local authoritiesand private clients.
On offer is asalary of up to 35000(OTE Guide 45000) and a generous and openended results based commission scheme company car or car allowancelaptop mobile phone etc.
Asthe Area Sales Manager you willbe:
* Workingclosely with the Sales Director and wider senior team to achieveset sales targets.
* Looking tofurther develop business with existing clients on upcoming housingdevelopments and commercial buildprojects.
* Proactively looking tosecure and increase business by identifying and targeting businesswithin the social housing and commercial developmentsector.
* Working closely with designand estimating teams to ensure project designs meet clientexpectations specifications and costrequirements.
Requirements
Tobe considered as the Area Sales Manager you willneed:
* A goodunderstanding of the social housing sector and key developersworking within this.
* Anunderstanding of main andsubcontractors.
* Strong businessdevelopment account management and relationship buildingskills.
* Excellent organisationaltime management and planningskills.
* To be happy to travel tomeet with existing and potential newclients.
* Good listening andattention to detail skills to ensure you understand what clientswant to achieve with their outdoor space and can confidently takethis through the design and estimating process and put together abusiness winning sales proposal andquote.
* Ideally landscapingplayground or outdoor fitness relatedexperience.
