Support ongoing training initiatives, including CPC and health & safety refreshers. Investigate, record, and report on any road traffic incidents or operational breaches. Liaise with insurers and external partners to maintain accurate claims and coverage records. Oversee the administration of vehicle contracts, including lease agreements, disposals, and renewals. Manage and audit digital platforms for fuel usage, vehicle tracking, and performance reporting. Support the onboarding of new drivers, including licence verification and induction processes. Ensure all regulatory permits, including Operator's Licence and waste collection documentation, remain valid. Maintain structured records to meet compliance requirements and company standards. Contribute to the continuous improvement of fleet processes and safety culture. About You: Previous experience in transport, logistics, or fleet management. Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and build strong working relationships. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Confident with IT systems and digital tracking platforms.
