Job Title: Fleet Administrator Location: Swinton Type: Ongoing Temporary Position Start Date: Immediate Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Hourly Rate: £13.00 Job Description: We are currently recruiting for a reliable and organised Fleet Administrator on behalf of our client based in Swinton. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and supportive team in a long-term temporary position with an immediate start. Key Responsibilities: Answering incoming calls and assisting with enquiries Liaising with brokers, customers, and internal colleagues to ensure smooth fleet operations Updating and maintaining accurate records on internal databases Handling general administrative tasks and document management Supporting the team with ad-hoc admin duties as required Requirements: Previous administration experience (fleet or automotive industry experience is desirable but not essential) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in using MS Office (Excel in particular) and comfortable learning internal systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate of £13.00 Full-time working hours, Monday to Friday Friendly and professional working environment Immediate start available If you’re organised, proactive, and ready to hit the ground running, we’d love to hear from you!
