This role is pivotal in supporting our tender submissions and pricing strategy while providing excellent service to all internal and external customers. The successful candidate will work across various departments, facilitating smooth communication and ensuring pricing readiness aligned with company objectives. Responsibilities Contribute to managing internal customer accounts with a focus on maintaining strong, collaborative relationships across departments. Support the tender process by preparing, reviewing, and managing pricing documentation accurately. Work closely with all customers to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction. Coordinate pricing strategies in line with company goals, adjusting as necessary to meet market demands. Liaise with sales and finance teams to deliver consistent and competitive pricing models.
