Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Lead and manage the UK marketing team (content, social, design, and creative), ensuring high standards, creativity, and accountability across all workstreams.
Campaign Strategy: Develop 360° marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and sales across digital, experiential, and retail channels.
Social Media Innovation and Data tracking: Guide the social team with consistent high performance, manage platform growth (TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube & Facebook).
Content Direction: Ensure the content team is delivering to internal and external stakeholders on time and up to brand standards.
Creative Oversight: Manage the creative team to develop visuals, concepts and IRL moments that are disruptive and gold.
Performance Tracking: Work closely with data from the UK head of Ecommerce of Ecom teams to review the impact of campaigns and social content, using insights to iterate and improve.
Brand Partnerships & Collaborations: Support with ideation and execution of key partnerships, drops, and events.
Trendspotting: Be the brand’s cultural radar by constantly looking for what’s next and translating it into brand-first executions.
Sales and Brand Support: Work closely with the commercial team to align marketing with sales objectives. Drive customer engagement and in-store excitement with bold POS and trade campaigns. Support key accounts with tailored marketing solutions.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise 3+ years of experience in a senior marketing, brand, or social role — ideally within a fast-paced consumer, lifestyle, or entertainment brand.
Proven track record of managing and inspiring creative and digital teams.
Deep understanding of UK youth culture, viral marketing, and content formats across all major social platforms.
Strong creative instincts with an eye for design, branding, and storytelling.
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment where no two days are the same.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
