Job Purpose
Our Colleague Strategy aims to make TfL a great place to work, with a Reward Strategy focused on fairness, transparency, and attractiveness, while maintaining affordability. We are implementing significant changes in Reward, including benefits reinvigoration, benchmarking, and pay management reviews, to deliver a compelling employee proposition.
We seek a Reward Analyst to support benefits and recognition management, benchmarking, data analysis, and project delivery within our Reward team. The role involves working collaboratively, managing large data sets, and communicating findings effectively.
Key Accountabilities
* Managing and manipulating large data sets in MS Excel.
* Conducting benchmarking, research, and analysis using surveys and external forums.
* Designing and maintaining reward dashboards, possibly using PowerBi.
* Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver benefits and recognition processes, including salary sacrifice schemes.
* Supporting the maintenance of the SharePoint Reward Hub and managing relationships with third-party suppliers.

* Proven intermediate/advanced Excel skills, strong analytical and communication abilities.
* Experience in benefits benchmarking and data analysis.
* Stakeholder management skills within complex organizations.
* Knowledge of employee benefits, voluntary schemes, and tax-efficient arrangements.
* Up-to-date knowledge of Reward developments and a collaborative work approach.
