Job Title: Sales Administrator
We are seeking a proactive Sales Administrator to be the first point of contact for inbound enquiries. You will support our sales team by handling leads, preparing quotes, coordinating samples, and maintaining CRM records to ensure our customers receive a smooth, professional experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage inbound enquiries via phone, email, and web
2. Qualify and assign leads to sales reps
3. Prepare and send quotations
4. Arrange and track product samples
5. Direct queries to the appropriate departments
6. Maintain accurate CRM and sales data
7. Assist with general sales support and reporting
REQUIREMENTS
* Experience in admin or sales support
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
* Customer-focused with great attention to detail
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
* Experience with CRM/ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce) is desirable
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
