The Role
We're looking for an energetic and professional sports coach to join our growing team. You'll be delivering holiday camps to primary-aged children (4–11 years old).
You'll be expected to bring enthusiasm, structure, and creativity to your sessions, while also working closely with the founder to ensure the children are having the best day possible durning their school holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver fun, safe, and inclusive PE activities
* Adapt sessions for mixed abilities and ensure every child can take part and succeed
* Build positive relationships with staff, children, and parents
* Maintain a professional image and uphold safeguarding standards at all times
* Actively engage in training and development opportunities provided by Primary1st
What We're Looking For:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in sports coaching, ideally with primary-aged children
* Strong knowledge and understanding of the UK PE curriculum
* Clean Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain one)
* Safeguarding qualification (Level 2 or higher)
* Relevant coaching qualifications (minimum Level 2; Level 3+ preferred)
* First Aid qualification (or willingness to complete training)
* Passion for sport and inspiring young people
* Professional, reliable, and well-organised
* Eager to learn, develop and represent Primary1st with pride
