What you need to succeed:
* Competent and highly efficient in the use of AutoCAD.
* Competent in all Microsoft Office 365 applications – Word, Excel, Outlook.
* Ideally hold a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related subject.
* Site 3D / Causeway Flow experience would be advantageous.
The role:
* Preparing drawings to support residential and commercial planning applications.
* Preparing drawings to support s38, s104, and s278 applications.
* Preparing engineering base plans to support the detailed design of residential sites.
* Liaising directly with clients when necessary.
