We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Team Leader to work with offenders in custody, helping them prepare for work on release.
The job involves leading and mentoring a dispersed team of careers advisors working with individuals serving custodial sentences. The goal is to engage them in learning, training, and employment opportunities, so they are ready to start a new life on release and break the cycle of reoffending.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to people and communities.
You’ll Need To Have
* A minimum of 2 years’ experience working with offenders
* Experience in line managing people to help them fulfill their potential at work
We are especially interested in applicants with experience managing teams that assist offenders or other vulnerable groups in progressing in their lives. We will provide all necessary training to help you succeed in this role. Our teams are supportive and friendly towards new starters to help them settle in.
Are you ready to join a high-performing team and contribute to changing lives?
