What youll do
Unbox, install, and connect desktop hardware and peripherals at customer sites.
Perform basic power-on self-tests and initiate automated builds or scripted configurations (as defined by TRG).
Connect network cables from desktop clients to network points.
Support desktop moves, peripheral maintenance, and helpdesk call logging.
Maintain accurate records using systems such as ServiceNow.
Deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
What youll need
A current UK driving licence (essential).
Ability to follow instructions and procedures with precision.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic IT literacy and numeracy.
Awareness of health and safety practices.
Flexibility to work varied days with notice.
