Dental Sales Consultant Location: Remote/home based with a potential to travel practices/support office as and when required Reporting to: Chief Commercial Officer Department: Business Development Hours- Full time- 40 hours per week Salary- £25,500 About the Role We’re on the lookout for a enthusiastic, people-focused Dental Consultant to join our growing Business Development team! You’ll be the friendly voice and guiding hand for prospective patients—chatting with them, understanding their needs, and helping them book the right treatments with our in-house specialists. Your talent for building rapport and turning enquiries into appointments will play a big part in driving practice growth and elevating the patient experience across the Riverdale Healthcare group. Refer patients to in-house specialists and coordinate their appointments. Increase patient bookings and referral conversions through effective communication and sales strategies. Maintain accurate patient records, process payments, and report performance metrics. Use provided equipment and digital tools to manage patient communications and appointment scheduling efficiently.
