We’re looking for a passionate and energetic Travel Consultant to join our growing Society and create unforgettable experiences for our members and customers.
Responsibilities
* Provide unrivalled customer service by continuously going the extra mile
* Achieve sales and profit targets by maximising customers bookings
* Maximise selling opportunities through upselling additional products and services
* Act as a role model to trainee consultants in the branch
* Actively participate in training to enhance knowledge and personal development
Who are we looking for?
To be a successful candidate for this role you will need:
* Some experience in sales or customer focused environments
* Passion and enthusiasm for travel
* Confidence, a sociable and vibrant nature
* Excellent communication skills
