With the Resilience Therapy Centre in Warwickshire now open, we are expanding our staff to meet rising demand and are recruiting for a full-time Rehabilitation Coach. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about supporting people on their recovery journey after neurological illness or injury.
About the Role
Based at the Resilience Therapy Centre, Abbey Park, Stareton, the Rehabilitation Coach will work closely with our expert team of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, and Neuropsychologists. You'll be working alongside our Clinical Lead, Occupational Therapist Suzi Kerrell-Vaughan and Clinical Director, Michelle Kudhail.
The role involves supporting therapy sessions, coaching clients, and working with our state-of-the-art rehabilitation technology. From robotic gait trainers to 3D motion analysis systems, our equipment is among the most advanced available in the UK. This is a hands-on role, helping clients engage with their therapy programmes and achieve meaningful progress.
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a motivated, compassionate individual with experience in a healthcare or therapy setting. A positive, client-focused approach and an enthusiasm for innovative rehabilitation technology are essential. Previous experience in rehabilitation, therapy, or coaching roles is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
