Reporting to the Plant Manager, this is a hands-on, shop-floor-focused role with additional responsibilities for planning, reporting, and contractor management. You will oversee a shift-based engineering team, ensuring both reactive and preventative maintenance needs are met while upholding high standards in safety, quality, and performance. Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of the shift-based engineering team, including attendance, discipline, and performance reviews. Deliver effective reactive maintenance and provide additional support as needed. Execute and oversee the Preventative Maintenance program. Collaborate with Production and Planning teams to optimise maintenance schedules. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across the engineering department. Oversee and manage contractors on-site. Maintain accurate records through IFS and other work order documentation.
