We are recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join this thriving Sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication between clients, service and sales teams. This position requires a strong ability to manage data entry tasks, provide exceptional customer service, and manage your own time efficiently. Responsibilities * Manage incoming calls/emails and respond to client enquiries with professionalism and courtesy. * Perform data entry tasks such as order processing and logistical planning accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records. * Liaise with transport team to ensure all legal/compliance paperwork is correct. * Work with warehousing team for regular stock taking. * Assist with tenders and client reports. * Maintain a well-organised filing system for all service-related documentation. Experience * Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Proven ability to perform data entry tasks with high accuracy. * Good level of knowledge of Microsoft Office - especially Excel. * Demonstrated ability to upsell products or services effectively.
