I am hiring for Investigation Officer / Offender Manager
Location: UK (Newcastle, Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester, Cardiff, Glasgow, Croydon, Peterborough – Predominantly Remote)
Job Description:
* Manage and monitor high-risk individuals within asylum or criminal justice settings
* Conduct risk assessments and implement effective offender management strategies
* Collaborate with multi-agency partners (MAPPA) to ensure public safety and risk mitigation
* Gather, analyse, and assess intelligence to manage threat, harm, and risk
* Develop and deliver intervention and rehabilitation plans tailored to individual cases
* Work independently in a remote environment while handling sensitive and complex cases
