Project Manager – Major Works (Social Housing)
Programme: Norwich City Council, 10 Year Major Works Partnership
Mulalley has secured a strategic 10-year partnership with Norwich City Council, delivering major internal and external refurbishment works across their housing stock. We are now strengthening our project leadership team to support predictable, high-quality delivery.
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in social housing major works.
The role
You will take ownership of:
* End-to-end project delivery across multiple sites
* Programme planning, monitoring, and recovery
* Client and stakeholder management
* Oversight of site teams and supply chain performance
* Driving safety, quality, cost control, and resident satisfaction
This role carries real accountability and influence.
What we’re looking for
* Extensive experience in social housing refurbishment
* Tier 1 contractor background
* Strong track record working in occupied environments
* Commercial awareness and programme discipline
* Confident, professional client-facing approach
Essential qualifications
* SMSTS
* Level 6 NVQ (or equivalent)
* MCIOB accreditation or a relevant degree
