Diagnose vehicle faults and malfunctions accurately and efficiently
Perform routine servicing and repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, adhering to health and safety regulations
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all services and repairs
Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle issues and repair recommendations
Uphold dealer standards and promote customer satisfaction throughout all tasksRequirements:
NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualification
Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician in a busy workshop environment
Strong diagnostic skills and understanding of automotive systems
Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Full UK driving licence
