Residential Conveyancer | Dorset | £40k - £60k + bonus | Free Parking | Progression (Partnership)
If you’re an experienced Residential Conveyancer, Solicitor, or Legal Executive with at least 4 years’ PQE, this role offers the chance to run a varied caseload, join a supportive and established practice, and work towards genuine partnership opportunities.
You’ll manage matters from start to finish, including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property (both registered and unregistered), plot sales, new builds, transfers of equity, remortgages, and easements. There’s also scope to handle more specialist work such as option agreements and conditional contracts. Support are available if needed, but you’ll have the autonomy to run your own files and develop your practice.
This is a permanent, office-based role, with hybrid working offered. The property team enjoys a strong pipeline of instructions, an excellent reputation locally, and forms a key part of the firm’s growth strategy. For the right candidate, there is a clear pathway to partnership, giving you the chance to make a real long-term impact.
Ideally, you’ll bring solid technical knowledge across freehold and leasehold transactions, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage a busy caseload independently. You’ll be client-focused, commercially aware, and motivated to contribute to the growth of the department and the wider firm.
