What you'll be doing:
* Providing consistent, one-to-one and small group support
* Using trauma-informed approaches to help pupils thrive
* Supporting learning, behaviour, and emotional wellbeing
* Working closely with teachers, SENCO, and pastoral staff
What we’re looking for:
* Experience in SEMH settings or similar (PRU, SEND, Behaviour Support)
* Calm under pressure and confident with de-escalation strategies
* Resilient, empathetic, and committed to making a difference

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
