We are looking for a Fleet Distribution Administrator to join our dynamic team and ensure the smooth flow of daily vehicle logistics operations.
The Role:
Coordinating vehicle changeovers and managing the defleeting/bodyshop processes
Liaising with customers, various departments and senior staff members
Generating, overseeing, and tracking office tasks while adhering to tight deadlines
Producing regular daily/weekly reports for management and providing ad hoc reporting as needed
Complying to and following company policies
The candidate:
Previous customer service experience desirable
Happy to work independently, as well as in a team in fast pace environment
Excellent communication skills
Strong organisational skill and attention to detail
Ability to multitask
MS applications experience an advantage
