Duties
* Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
* Provide detailed product knowledge and guidance to clients, ensuring they are well-informed about features and benefits.
* Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
* Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our database.
* Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to better serve our clients.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within a sales or advisory capacity.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
* A proactive attitude with a focus on achieving results.
* Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous but not essential.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
