Your new role
1. Support month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
2. Produce insightful analysis on P&L performance, variances, trends and key drivers
3. Partner with operational andmercial teams to provide clear financial insight and challenge
4. Assist with budgeting and forecasting cycles, preparing robust financial models and scenarios
5. Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting tools, dashboards and processes
6. Maintain strong financial controls and ensure adherence to internal policies
7. Prepare clearmentary and presentations for senior stakeholders
8. Support ad‑hoc analysis, business cases and strategic projects as required
What you'll need to succeed
9. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpretplex data and present it clearly
10. Solid experience in management accounting, financial analysis or similar
11. Proficiency with Excel and confidence working with large datasets (experience with BI tools a plus)
12. Excellent attention to detail andmitment to delivering accurate work
13. Strongmunication skills with the ability to influence non‑finance stakeholders
14. Ability to work autonomously, prioritise effectively and meet tight deadlines
15. A proactive mindset with a willingness to challenge, improve processes and add value
16. Part‑qualified or fully qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or equivalent experience advantageous
