Role
As a Corporate Platforms Programme Manager, you will help drive our goals by:
* Leading complex, multi-year technology programmes across corporate platforms including Finance, HR, Legal, EHS, and Risk.
* Defining programme scope, outcomes, roadmaps, governance and success measures aligned to JM strategy.
* Managing delivery across multiple workstreams using a mix of agile and waterfall approaches.
* Owning programme governance, risk management, dependencies and reporting to senior forums.
* Overseeing budgets, forecasts and external partners to ensure value-driven delivery.
* Leading and developing multidisciplinary delivery teams and driving change adoption.
Key skills
* Proven experience delivering large-scale, multi-workstream IT programmes in global organisations.
* Strong programme governance, planning, RAID, and benefits management capability.
* Experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders across multiple corporate functions.
* Commercial acumen with experience managing vendors and delivery partners.
* Knowledge of risk, compliance, cyber security and service readiness frameworks.
* Clear, confident communication and people leadership skills.
