Your Role as an Individual Needs Assistant You will be providing tailored 1:1 and small group support to pupils with special educational needs (SEN), helping them access the curriculum and develop vital social and emotional skills. Working closely with class teachers and support staff, you'll play a key role in encouraging confidence, independence, and positive behaviour.
