The Role
We’re looking for a Graduate Field Application Engineer to join our customer engineering team. This is an entry-level position designed for bright, ambitious graduates who want to combine hands-on technology with customer interaction in a fast-paced environment.
As a Graduate FAE, you’ll:
* Support the setup, testing, and deployment of CRFS systems with global customers.
* Assist with live trials, training sessions, and field demonstrations.
* Troubleshoot and provide feedback to engineering teams to improve products.
* Build strong customer relationships and act as the technical bridge between clients and our R&D teams.

* A degree in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Strong problem-solving ability and curiosity about technology.
* Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with customers.
* A willingness to travel internationally once established in the role.
* Eligibility for UK security clearance.
