Were looking for a proactive Production Administrator to join our team and support the day-to-day coordination of our production operations. What Youll Do As our Production Administrator, youll be at the heart of our production departmentsupporting planning, coordinating schedules, and ensuring that everything runs on track. Your responsibilities will include: Production Scheduling & Coordination Help maintain and update production schedules. Work closely with Procurement, Sales Order Processing, Logistics, and other departments to ensure materials and resources are available. Monitor production progress and assist with schedule adjustments as needed. Administrative Support Prepare production reports and keep databases up to date. Maintain accurate documentation, including work orders, bills of materials (BOM), and inventory records. Support communication between production staff and management. Inventory & Supply Chain Support Monitor raw material stock levels and raise purchase requests with the procurement team. Track material usage to help reduce waste and prevent shortages. Data Entry & Reporting Compile daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management. Track key production metrics such as efficiency, downtime, rejects, and output. Keep production data accurate and easily accessible. Process Improvement Contribute ideas to help streamline processes and improve workflow. Work alongside the production team to enhance efficiency and reduce bottlenecks. Health & Safety Promote and uphold health and safety standards across all production activities. What Were Looking For Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Confidence working with scheduling, databases, and reporting tools Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally A proactive approach, with the ability to solve problems and manage changing priorities Experience in a production, manufacturing, or administrative role is an advantage Why Join Us?
