The Role : The Emerging Tech Intern will be responsible for researching AI and related emerging technology solutions relevant to Supply Chain with the aim of creating a method to evaluate, measure and compare capabilities to provide decision support to Zero100's customer base. You will play a critical role in inventing a meaningful approach to assessing emerging tech solutions for projects that companies need for strategic imperatives. The starting point for this work is manual and will involve compiling existing resources and lists, prioritizing available data (industry or anecdotal), summarize findings and proposing evaluation criteria and data sources to enable a scaled product approach. Success for this effort will be delivery of 1) a catalog of vetted solution providers in the AI space that support supply chain business outcomes mapped to supply chain functional capabilities, 2) a standardized set of criteria to measure and compare those providers, 3) a proposal for how Zero100 may automate the ongoing research to continuously identify and understand capabilities of available technology. This is intended to be a full time role for 10 weeks.
