Your Role: What Will You Be Doing?
As a Waking Nights Recovery Worker, you will support individuals overnight, focusing on mental health recovery, safety, and promoting independence. Your responsibilities will include:
* Empowering service users to manage their health and achieve personal goals.
* Providing person-centered, recovery-based support to avoid hospital readmissions.
* Collaborating with partner agencies and encouraging participation in activities.
* Maintaining accurate records and responding to concerns appropriately.
* Ensuring the smooth operation of the service in line with established procedures.
