* Regional main Contractor based in Kent
* Work throughout the South East region
* Maintenance and refurbishment projects
* Recently been awarded 2 new long term contracts and need to add an ambitious Surveyor to their Commercial team
* This will be a varied role offering full autonomy
Role
* Reporting to the Commercial Manager you will be given the opportunity to deliver a key framework project
* Build long term client relationships
* Managing sub contract accounts and supply chain.
* Internal and external refurbishments
* Managing all commercial aspects of the projects
* Support with Estimating duties when required
* Ensure reporting systems are maintained at all times.
* Work closely with the Operational and pre Construction team.
* Take full ownership of your role and be given the autonomy to work with support when required.
