The Vacancy
WPS are currently looking for a qualified Plumber to join a busy Social Housing Maintenance team covering the Redditch area. This role involves working in occupied properties, delivering high‑quality repairs and maintenance while providing excellent customer service to residents.
The Role
1. Carrying out reactive and planned plumbing maintenance
2. Working within social housing and domestic properties
3. Diagnosing and repairing plumbing faults efficiently
4. Liaising directly with tenants and site teams in a professional manner
5. Completing job reports and complying with health & safety standards
Essential Requirements
6. Full UK Driving Licence
7. NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent)
8. Experience working in domestic or social housing environments
9. Strong communication and customer‑facing skills
10. Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
