Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace.
The Role
Reporting to our Director of Safety and Security, we are looking for a passionate and enigmatic Security and Safety Manager to lead our Security team. Responsible for managing and coordinating the activities of the Security Department, you will be responsible for leading and maintaining emergency responses across the business and support the Director of Safety & Security in implementation of the Health & Safety Management System. With a focus on team development, you will lead by example for our officers with a knowledge of security in a luxury hospitality environment.
Who we are looking for
* Experience in Security management within a luxury hotel or premium environment.
* Someone who has led a team of Security officers and driven daily operational standards.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to get on with a diverse range of people – you can quickly understand, influence and negotiate, as well as document and explain complex requirements to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
* Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results to deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests.
* Full UK driving license is required for this role.
The on target earning potential for this role is £43,000 per annum - comprising a base salary of £40,000, plus a qualified estimate of £3,000 in gratuities and service charge*.

About gratuities & service charge
* Gratuities (tips) and service charge are paid on a pro-rata basis regardless of your role.
