About Our Client

Job Description
3. Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate the adoption of new systems and processes.
4. Responsible for providing proactive and effective IT support to EMEA staff.
5. Resolve IT application-related incidents, service requests and problems in a timely and efficient manner in line with business requirements.
6. Identify opportunities to gain efficiencies, automate, and improve system performance.
7. Ensure all incidents, requests and problems are managed consistently and resolved within the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
8. Conduct post-incident problem analysis and development to eliminate repeat problems.
9. Test fixes and perform post-resolution follow-ups to ensure problems are adequately resolved.
10. Ensuring Plytix, PringLabel, and HRIS/HCM systems are operating at high availability.

11. Supply Chain/ Manufacturing Industry experience ESSENTIAL
