Job Description Ardenlee Care Home is beautifully located in its own grounds, offering scenic views over the sea, woodland, and gardens. We provide high-quality residential care for up to 32 residents, creating a homely and supportive environment where residents feel truly cared for. We are now looking for a dedicated Care Assistant to join our compassionate team. What We Offer £12.70 per hour Time-and-a-half for overtime hours Full-time or part-time contract Dayshift Pension, Onsite parking Paid PVG, Uniform provided 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract) What You Will Do You will play a key role in ensuring our residents receive the highest standard of care. From helping with daily routines and providing hands-on personal care, to promoting independence and emotional wellbeing, your presence will bring comfort and connection to those you support.
