We are seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work across primary and secondary schools, supporting pupils with their learning and development. Beginning September 2025.
Duties as a Teaching Assistant:
* Support teachers in delivering lessons and classroom activities
* Work with small groups or 1:1 to provide targeted learning support
* Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment
* Assist with preparing resources and setting up learning materials
* Support pupils with their academic, social and emotional development
Ideal Teaching Assistant:
* Experience working with children in a school or similar setting desirable
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills as a Teaching Assistant.
* Patience, adaptability and a caring approach
* Ability to follow teacher guidance and work independently when needed
* A genuine passion for supporting children’s education
