Position Overview




Autodesk is seeking a Senior Manager, APAC Enterprise Account-Based Marketing to lead and develop a high-performing team of enterprise account-based marketers. This role combines strategic leadership with strong people management, ensuring the team delivers measurable impact through tailored, high-touch ABM programs aligned to Named Accounts sales priorities.

You will be accountable for setting regional Enterprise ABM strategy, driving operational excellence, managing performance and budget, and fostering a culture of coaching, accountability, and continuous improvement. Success in this role requires a leader who can translate business objectives into disciplined execution while developing talent and strengthening cross-functional collaboration.


Responsibilities


Management


1. Manage a team of enterprise account-based marketers

2. Coach and maintain the activities of account-based marketing team, including hiring, developing talent, team culture and performance management

3. Ensure that the team's marketing programs are aligned with the corporate vision, themes, and brand guidelines

4. Ensure that the team has focus on the buyer's journey and deploying the right account-specific tactical mix to deliver the right engagement at the right time

5. Help to guide the strategy for Named Accounts ABM

6. Ensure that the team is supported as they develop and deliver annual and quarterly marketing plans for accounts focused on expanding business and ensuring customer use and adoption


Collaboration and Interface


7. Primary liaison with the Enterprise Accounts sales leaders

8. Engage with the sales leads to coordinate, communicate, and improve the impact of marketing activities

9. Partner with Industry Marketing and Marketing Systems & Services to set the strategy for account-based campaigns, ensuring the team is enabled to effectively deliver1:1 and 1: few ABM programs for priority accounts


Reporting and Analysis


10. Maintain an accurate and actionable understanding of team results

11. Review and provide overall analysis of account-based programs

12. Ensure that each marketer is tracking and measuring individual campaign results


Budget and Revenue Accountability


13. Work with internal marketing, sales, and customer success partners to ensure requirements for development deployment of campaigns are secured

14. Manage team budget allocation, tracking of actuals, and reporting

15. Oversee plan delivery and execution, evaluating resource efficiency and ROI to guide optimization


Minimum Qualifications


16. 2+ years' experience managing and leading a team

17. 8+ years B2B account-based marketing, customer life cycle, or customer success marketing experience with proven account-based marketing specific skills

18. BA/BS or equivalent work experience

19. Familiarity with sales and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce.com, Marketo, 6Sense, Folloze, etc

20. Experience in the design, manufacturing, media and entertainment production design, architecture, engineering, and construction industries


Preferred Qualifications


21. Passionate about customer and business outcomes

22. Excel at people management, individual development, coaching and mentoring

23. Well-versed in navigating collaboration with internal partners in highly matrixed global organizations

24. Experience with successful results and contribution of the team

25. Modern marketer; knowledgeable and experienced at using a mix of tactics, tools, and methodologies to deliver the right message

26. Estimated 20% travel required
