We are currently recruiting on their behalf for skilled Forge Operators to join their experienced team at their Redditch site. This role involves working with precision-forged and machined components that are essential within the aerospace, defence, and energy sectors. The successful candidate will play a key role within the forging function, contributing to the manufacture of high-quality aerospace components and pressing operations. You will be responsible for ensuring customer requirements and internal quality processes are met, with all aerospace components produced to the highest standards. The position requires a strong understanding of written and diagrammatic instructions, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively within a quality-oriented business environment. You’ll use core mechanical skills and work collaboratively within a team to meet production, quality, and safety targets.
